Lorena Troncoso Valencia

Lorena Troncoso Valencia, Arquitecta egresada de la Universidad del Biobío, 2012.  Es Magister en Hábitat Sustentable y Eficiencia Energética y Evaluadora Energética de Viviendas en Chile. Desde el 2013 ha sido asistente de investigación en torno al aprovechamiento urbano solar, energía distrital y construcciones madera. Actualmente es docente de Taller de Arquitectura en la Universidad del Bio-Bio. Paralelamente ha ejercido de manera independiente en su oficina de arquitectura enfocada en la arquitectura residencial sustentable y el uso de la madera.

Lorena Troncoso Valencia, garduated in Architecture in The University of Bio-Bio (2012). Master in sustainable habitat and energy efficiency and certified energy rater in Chile. Since 2013 she has been involved in research projects on the topic of solar energy at urban scale, district energy and timber construction. She teaches architectural design in The University of Bio-Bio. In parallel, she works as an independent architect; her architectural design focus on sustainable homes and wood construction.
